The world is open again but safety remains our top priority, so please read our current safety processes with you and our wonderful team in mind. We hope our operating procedures will give you confidence to break bread with us again soon.
How regularly are your cleaning ?
We have replaced some of our chemicals with upgraded solutions to help maintain our environment. We regularly clean all contact points and tables and chairs will be sanitised before you are seated. We have contactless sanitising stations for you to use upon arrival. Further sanitising is provided at the entrance to the bathrooms to allow you to sanitise your hands when using the restrooms and before re-entering the dining area.
How are you ensuring your staff are safe?
Staff start times are staggered to allow the duty manager to complete a health questionnaire, lateral flow tests and record temperatures using a contactless thermometer at the start of every shift. Hand washing is done regularly and sanitising between tasks throughout service.
Do I need to book? If you’re popping in without a reservation, that’s fine but we have reduced our seating capacity to ensure to ensure some physical distancing can be maintained.
Can I sit outside or on a specific table? We are lucky to have heated outdoor areas where guests can dine in the open air with these available to book on a first come first served basis.
Can I book a table just for drinks? We don’t take bookings just for drinks, but you’re welcome to pop by to check if we have space for a few drinks.
Are staff wearing face masks? Our teams have been requested to wear face masks and as per Government guidelines we are welcoming our guests to go at their own pace and use face masks if it’s what they feel comfortable with.
Have you gone cashless?
Yes, all of our sites our now cashless. Contactless payments will be encouraged and the card payment machine will be cleaned after every use.
